How the radar works
Every ten minutes we check r/UFOs for new posts flaired “Sighting”. We read the place, date, shape and number of objects from each post and pin it to the town or city it names. Posts that don’t name a place appear in the feed but not on the map. Posts removed by the subreddit’s moderators are left out.
Pins mark the named town, not the poster’s exact location, and we don’t show usernames. Each entry links to the original post on Reddit. Nothing here has been investigated: for researched cases, see the case files.
